Real Estate Postcards

Within a few days, you can put together a real estate postcard that plays on the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day. The holiday is all about luck and finding your “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow (in many cases, selling or finding a new home). A few phrases that you can use to make the connection between your real estate services and these themes is simple.

  • Don’t trust luck in the market to sell your home
  • Let me find your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
  • It’s your lucky day to find the home of your dreams

The postcard can have a very simple color scheme of bright green schemes. This color choice also heralds in the coming of spring, reminding home sellers to get ready for a busy and competitive selling season.

On the back of your postcard, create a very simple tips list of how to sell or find a home. A clever intro paragraph with two or three short sentences and a bullet list of those tips demonstrates your professional offering. Think of it as party in the front, business in the back.

If you’re crunched for time or have a solid email subscriber list, then you can create a similarly fun and informative St. Patrick’s day e-card. Include the same types of tips and make it clean and to the point.
