Summer Closing Gifts Your Clients will LoveIt’s a busy time for real estate agents! Whether you have clients who are listing their home with you or sought your help to find their next one, they deserve something nice.

A closing gift can go a long way toward further sealing your relationship with a client. It can also help you stand out among the crowd of other realtors. Imagine a friend of your client’s reaction to know how much more you cared!

Summer is a fun time to give gifts. Here, we’ve put together some of the latest cool summer closing gifts that your clients will love.

Personalized Stainless Steel Cooler Tub

Nothing says summer like cool drinks outdoors. Help your clients enjoy their backyard, porch or patio more with a personalized steel cooler tub. They’ll love the personal touch and also the convenience of having a place to put cold drinks for them and their guests.

When you present the gift you can fill it with a couple of bottles of wine or their favorite beer, towels, and other wares that would complete any backyard fete.

City or State Hanging Art

If your client has moved from or is moving to another city or state, present them with a gift that will help them remember home fondly. There is no shortage these days of commemorative city or state art. They come in a variety of styles.

One style is a canvas that artfully lists popular neighborhoods or streets from a particular city. A carved out skyline from beautiful wood or a wooden table in the shape of a state (you can find them on Uncommon Goods, for example) will provide a tasteful and decorative touch to any home.

Other cool location-focused gifts? Pillows, cutting boards and towels that feature their home city or state.

Subscription Meal Boxes

Just in the past year since we featured our last post on summer closing gifts, there has been a rise in subscription meal boxes. These are the perfect gift to give a client who has upgraded to a fancy new kitchen worth cooking in.

A few of the most popular ones include the following:

How do you know what to give your clients? It’s simple: listen. You’ll get cues from your clients as they tell you stories about what they enjoy or tell you what they are most excited about with their new home. No matter what you give them, they will no doubt appreciate your generosity and thought!
